  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original Japanese retail packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
